Please Note: Failing to adhere to these values could lead to membership termination.
Inventory Management: As a member, you're responsible for your own inventory and sales.
Creative Respect: Please respect others' intellectual property. Don't use any material from other businesses or persons without permission.
Intellectual Property Compliance: Your merchandise should be original, and respect all copyrights and intellectual property rights.
Diverse Business Models: While MLM products are acceptable, they should not constitute the majority of your sales. Your boutique should be a standalone venture.
Legitimacy and Compliance: Ensure your business is legitimate, properly documented, and complies with all relevant taxes and laws.
State Compliance: If your business is an entity, it must be registered and in good standing in the state where you operate.
Usage Restrictions: Using data, contacts, or information from 365 Live Sales to create a competitive enterprise or marketplace is prohibited.
Service Provider Standards: If you're a service provider, your offerings should be established, non-competitive, and come with positive referrals.
Facebook Group Access: While you will have continued access to the FB page:
DO NOT share posts or go live outside of what you have pre-paid for.
DO NOT share, tag, or engage as the host platform. Engage using your own personal or business page.
Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our services, initial payments are non-refundable. Membership can be canceled at any time.
Ethical Business Practices: We expect high professional and ethical standards in your business operations.
Privacy Acknowledgment: Please familiarize yourself with our privacy policy here.
Communication Consent: By providing your contact details, you agree to receive communications from us, with an option to opt-out.
Brand Representation: Use our trademarks and content appropriately and within the guidelines provided.
Content Use: Our content is our intellectual property and requires permission for any use.
Indemnification: You are responsible for any legal issues arising from your non-compliance with these terms or from your business practices.
Membership Cancellation: You can cancel your memberships at any time. No refunds are provided for cancellations.
Our Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to terminate your membership for any breaches of this agreement.
Opinions and Views: Opinions expressed by members do not reflect our official stance.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: Disputes will be resolved in Gwinnett County courts under Georgia law.
Modification of Terms: We may change these terms, and your continued membership signifies acceptance of any changes.
Independent Entities: Our relationship is not a legal partnership or joint venture.
Electronic Agreement: Your agreement to these terms is legally binding and equivalent to a handwritten signature.
BREAKING THE RULES: One warning for rule-breaking behavior, 2nd time, will result in a 7-day removal from the group. After the 7-day period, you are welcome to rejoin the group on a 30-day probation. You will be permanently removed from the group if you break the rules again during probation.
